Please take the time to help this family. People with disabilities need help not a neighbor that has nothing else to do but cause difficulty for a man just trying to live a normal life. We need to investgate the neighbor being cruel not only to an animal but also to a human being.

What kind of préhistoric and ignorant city is this? They rule theit people but aren't educated? Well, people, elect difigeants that are educated in the first place. Those bad dog are usually because of bad owners, the braed doesn't matter

This is a service dog. He wouldn't be if he didn't pass all the tests required. Look at Michael Vicks dogs. They are good example of product of their environment. Most have been placed in good homes with no problems. Wake up Mantchie Board , your creating problems where there is no need for concern. Focus on more important issues in your city!

So unfair. There are no dangerous dogs, just dangerous owners. All dogs respond to love and kindness.

My small Cairn Terriers will bark at someone if they come close to me or my property, they are not dangerous but just protecting me and warning any oncomer they are there to protect me. Shame on that neighbour for taunting Walter! Stop penalising a loving dog and stop protecting a person who is trying to make a name for himself by taunting poor Walter. Please open your eyes and see the truth of what is happening.

This is absurd. Being fined for a service dog doing its job is ridiculous. Down right discrimination. I thought we were more advanced than this but obviously not. This is just wrong to fine someone for something she believes in. Discrimination must stop now.

Please let this dog remain with his family, who led vet and needs him. I, too, once mistrusted pits, Bulldogs, & mixes until I ended up rescuing two of them. They're the most living & loyal dogs ever! Please--let Walter stay in his living, forever home. Thank you. Alice Long, Ph.D.

This is not right it's unjust! Stop judging these dogs! They are just a dog like any other, but the bad people that have had them are the ones to blame for giving these sweet dogs the bad reputation they have! It's time to put the blame where it belongs on the bad humans

At least evaluate Walter before you make such a ridiculous decision as to label this dog dangerous.
