It is completely preposterous that a Service Dog be labeled a Dangerous dog. Service Dogs are re-evaluated every 24 months for temperament testing.You have zero evidence that this dog is dangerous and I will be advising today the United Nations and all the UNA Associations about his ridiculous allegation. I would have thought you as Mayor would have at least investigated the requirements for service dogs . By the way they cannot be service dogs if they are violent in anyway. I have taken a personal interest in this case and after doing research their neighbor has been caught on several occasions agitating Walter and attempting to video the ordeal. My question to you as the Mayor is What have you done or your police department done to stop this? Are your related to the neighbors or any member of the police department related to them? In my opinion this looks like a clear case of disability discrimination. I have contacted the ADA - Americans with Disabilities Organization and have brought this to their attention. I also have contacted FOX news agency. I also contacted my personal attorney in to assist me in this matter. I am a Globcal Goodwill Ambassador with over 298,000 followers on Twitter, Facebook and other social media sites. I am making only 1 request and only 1 time that you stop this and focus on who the actual criminals are in this case- The neighbors and not the service dog. The owners of the dog should file a lawsuit against the city and name the Mayor specifically.

Please insure justice is served to Walter The Service Dog his disabled owner Adam McAlister and Adams mother Sharon by stopping this Mantachie conspiracy against Walter trying to force them to register Walter as a vicious and dangerous dog. Each one of you know that he's not. Each one of you know the neighbor Steven West hates Walter and set him up by harrassing agitating and provoking him near the fence and them videoed him like that was his natural behavior. Use your head people he's a dog and he is also being provoked . Never has Walter hurt anyone but is well loved. West on the other hand hates dogs and is known as a dog murderer. He himself told Sharon he would kill Walter. Walter is not going to be registered as dangerous because he is not. No one is going to sign his death warrant. Walter is a beloved family member and Adams helper. Stop this nonsense and let this family get back to being a family. West is the one who needs the charges brought against him and if Walter was my dog that's just what I'd do. Have a heart and have some sense. Don't punish this dog or his owners. Deal with the real issue which in this case is the neighbor - he is the aggresser, not the dog. Punish the right person.

This is a terrible thing you are doing! An eyewitness saw the neighbor tormenting the dog and then filming it. The neighbor should be charged. This dog has bit no one. Please let the dog go home.
