I lived in this neighborhood for many years and friends lived in one of the condos. Carlsbad needs this type of architecture and reflects its true character.

Our pro development mayor and city council are destroying all the architectural charm in town! I am ready to move to my house in Saugatuck where the town protects the our village!!!!! These local politicians pander to every developer who wants to tear anything down, including the 13 very old palm trees on Adams just north of Tamarack.
