This condo building is a perfect historically significant example of the state of design in the year it was built. Also, the scale of these condos perfectly fit the neighborhood, are not overwhelming and are interesting to look at.

The Victor Condo is a residential property unique to Carlsbad. It is one of a very few, distinctly recognizable buildings that architecturally mark Carlsbad as, Carlsbad. As such, it deserving of appreciation and more importantly, preservation.
