I personally know Mircea and trained with him for a few weeks, I know that he is a great coach and he deserves the job.

I took his class as someone who had never before done gymnastics. Also I still have surprisingly little flexibility. But I'm so proud to have had him as a teacher. I'm in awe of him, his story, and how he looks at least a generation younger than he is. I tell stories of that class to this day, about a decade after taking it.

Gymnastic activities take some serious dedication and a willingness to try and try again and not to give up when the going gets tough. It's not everyone but it's a precious experience.

Mircea was my son's coach in his first year (Fitz Carlile) at UCSB
Not only was his coaching incredible, it also sent Fitz off to an astonishing career. Thanks Mircea. Still thinking about you 32 years later

Gymnastics for all age groups is vital. i remember that classes within this arena helped me to obtain greater confidence in myself as well as a social being.

This is an amazing sport/craft and the school should not discourage the student body from building and harboring such talent. The class is one of the highest in demand and it would be a shame if it got shut down.

Always dreamed of taking this course and can only do it Winter and Spring 2017. Please keep it for myself and others! We need more exercise in our lives, especially with the amount of time spent researching and writing on computers.

Gymnastics has been a great benefit to our six kids. It would be wrong to take away such a resource.

Keep the program, sports keep the students focus and out of trouble and school should invest more instead of closing.
