We, the undersigned, object to the University of Connecticut’s plan to demolish nine historic buildings on its Storrs campus known as “Faculty Row.”

These structures are significant character-defining features of the University of Connecticut Historic District and are listed on the National Register of Historic Places.

We urge UCONN to preserve and adaptively re-use “Faculty Row” by incorporating it into its Master Plan for the South Campus District.
