NM had the highest DWI incidents in the country. Taking this away will not help it at all. Also people earn more income doing this as their job. Please do not take away what little we have in this state.

Bottom line- before Uber was available in ABQ, taxi service was extremely unreliable and almost non existent when it was needed most. More options are what the people want, and that's all that matters.

I urge the PRC to not push lyft and uber out of New Mexico. It is extremely important service that has changed my life. I never have to worry about how I'm going to get home after drinking and I'm sure it had stopped many not to drink and drive.

uber has been a great asset to our community. I can call uber and be picked up within minutes. If I call a taxi it taxes 30 plus minutes, old vehicles, dirty environment, old way of thinking and a high cost. Most of the time you have to call dispatcher to ask where your ride is ...To tell you the truth. I don't feel safe in most taxis. Uber has been a life saver, not only in Albuquerque, but every city I visit.

New Mexico is in dire need of safe, affordable and reliable transportation and ridesharing services, like Uber, provide just that. Allowing Uber to operate would provide transportation alternatives to locals and tourists alike, making New Mexico more attractive for tourism and conventions and helping to combat our serious drunk driving problem.

Please let Albuquerque keep Uber. I like to take the train to work, but sometimes need a ride some where else. It would be great to have Uber to use. My friends in bigger cities enjoy it. I think Albuquerque deserves Uber too.
