We should hold on to talented people especially ones that have invested a big portion of their lives here.

Tracy would be an immense loss to any organisation especially in a world were creative freedom and passion seem to be dwindling or stifled!! Please reconsider and reconsider with your hearts while looking at the world we live in and realising that the more good things we do the better the world will be!!

Tracy Mathewson is an incredible theatre and film maker. She makes an incredible difference to the lives of her students and everyone she meets in creative industries. Marylebone school needs someone like Tracy, because she makes following a creative pathway seem like a real achievable possibilitity, not just a fantasy before you settle on an office job. We need the arts more than ever at the moment, stop cutting the arts and keep Tracy!

Tracy is such a important part of our school. she is the glue in all of our productions and a massive part. I recently went to the Edinburgh fringe with her and it was the most amazing experience in my life. she is lovely and the best director I've worked with, the team in drama and all of students in past and future years will miss her dearly and all of the opportunities she brings. please don't make her leave

Tracy has been a big part that has made the drama department at Marylebone what it is today! The Edinburgh fringe trip was one of my favourite parts of my time at Marylebone and her help during my time directing the sixth form musical was invaluable.. Tracy is too important to leave!!

Going to the Fringe with Tracy was one of best learning experiences I had at St Marylebone and the things she taught me have helped immeasurably when I have since taken my own shows up with my university drama society. It would be a tragedy if future students lost this opportunity.

Keep Tracy till the end of the school year, for the schools fabulous arts program, for a wonderfully creative artist, and most importantly the students whose lives Tracy has influenced in the most positive way.

I support this petition wholeheartedly and think it is heartbreaking and I just got Tracey to be forced to leave the UK, taking into consideration the significant contributions to the community and the work she has commited to for young people.

Tracy is spearheading some brave, radical and exciting drama and film projects. We've spoken about how fertile the UK is for the type of work we need her to do. Her art is powerful and incredibly inclusive within the communities she lives and works within. She must be able to stay and carry on her work that's only just beginning.
