Please give the lovely people on Tory Island a decent ferry. The one ye're trying to give them (Heap of Rust) is a death trap. I wouldn't put a dog on it. Its a disgrace. These people deserve better.

Message to the Secretary General of the Dept - release the tender and evaluation papers - explain to these people why you made the decision to change their ferry service - otherwise the suspicion of internal involvement will never go away
