Recently the American Ultimate Disc League (AUDL) filed suit against the CT Constitution and RI Rampage to prevent them from taking action against the AUDL for infringing upon their legally agreed-upon territories. This suit has caused the CT Constitution, one of the premiere teams in the league, to halt operations and forced it to stop competing in order to cover lawsuit expenses. This petition is signed in support of all of the original franchises and players who dedicated their talent, time, energy and funds to create the truly professional league that exists today. By signing this petition we hope to save Professional Ultimate by preventing the League from destroying the teams which helped to create it in the first place.
