The administration has acknowledged the volume of this petition and requested a formal meeting to discuss the teacher retention policy. I am currently drafting a briefing document that outlines the specific contributions Tilton has made to the department.

Tilton is by far one of the most amazing and influencing teachers I've had. Tilton not only taught me history but taught me skills I will use for the rest of my life. As a teacher, he cared more about me then just my grade in his class. I think I speak for everyone when I say that, Osseo will experience a huge loss if Tilton is to leave.
I had mr. T in 10th grade, I came from a push to a regular history class and they day I came to his class he was very welcoming and always was willing to help me with whatver questions I had. He also really tried to engage his class unlike most teachers who just hand out packets and sit in their computer all hour.
Tilton is one of osseo a best faces of osseo can't even imagine the school without him
He's the least problematic teacher in the school. He's chill, straightforward and doesn't waste time, he tells you what's important. There's not many out there like him and we need him here. He may be the youngest and keast experianced but he's done a hell of a lot better than anyone else around here. I'm pissed
Tilton is my favorite teacher I have ever had and I don't want to see him go! He taught me more than lessons in class he also taught me life lessons that to this day I remember and cherish. Our school needs more teachers like him and that will always be my opinion.
Mr.Tilton deserves to be a teacher at osseo just like any other teacher at osseo!

He's a really great teacher, and probably one of the first history teachers I've actually listened to in a long time.
