If our precious archives cannot be cared for at the Hive they should be returned to Croome where they will be cared for.

Too many archives being shut, soon there will be nowhere for ordinary people to research the past

The proposed cuts are disproportionate and if implemented would lead to irreparable damage to the service.

In this day and age we need to do more to preserve heritage and artifacts not less. The public want access to archives and knowledgable staff to assist along with online records and databases for those who cannot visit in person. Please don't erode services.

I strongly object to the cutting of the budget that goes towards our valuable archives at The Hive. This is very backward thinking as this resource and the access to it enhances the life of Worcester and its residents as well as across the county.

The archives are a hugely valuable resource, as are the knowledgeable people who work with them. Please do not cut their funding!

The historical information held in the Hive archives needs to be accessible to everyone. Reducing the funding will mean less staff and make accessing these valuable documents much harder.

This is such a shocking decision. This is such a valuable resource to so many. What a short sighted tragedy!

This archive service is a resource for current students and those to come in the future. Please do not damage it by cutting the funding. This would be totally damaging and give the council a really bad image! Stop! Think!

Much of the archives are part of our national heritage, such as those for Croome Court, and ready access to them is an important part of our national culture. Any reduction in such access would be detrimental to current and future education and research.
This is too precious a resource to cut back on
