I moved recently and this skate park is a place where I met some great guys and started up a new hobby. It kept me off the streets and it can do the same for other kids in the area. Please don't get rid of this place, it's can help kids stay straight and learn something fun. Thank you.

It would be removing a staple of an entire subculture of Riverhead. Let's not destroy a place for kids to hang out and relax, they have enough on their plates, whether it be at home or in school.

Put a pickle ball court at the community/ senior center. Do you want kids to skate on public stairs and plazas? Or in designated skate park?

The kids need a skate park. Not a pickle ball court . I'm sure this skate park has kept a lot of kids out of trouble, and have kept kids active!

Save the skatepark I enjoy riding here and it gives the younger kids and everyone safe from getting harassed taking the only local park we have away
