saving this service is a must, if not there will be more Fly tipping in Polecat a Valley.

I use the service regularly as I work full time. It is so convenient especially when you only have a small amount. Please keep this.

This is a much needed service for the local community.

this is a well supported and needed service to the Haslemere and surrounding community. We pay massive Council Taxes and this is just one of the many services we need as part of that social contract.

Removing this once weekly service cannot compare with the combined financial and environmental costs to Haslemere and Witley residents if we all drive that distance to responsibly dispose of unwanted items.

the recycling/waste carts are an essential service every Saturday there is little other options available in Haslemere and Witley is too far to go every time. I would be worried things will end up being dumped or just stuffed into dustbins instead.

This is a great service they provide and is so valued by Haslemere residents. Please do not stop this, people will start dumping their rubbish ruining our areas of natural beauty.

I fear that if you do not provide this service fly-tipping will become more prolific and the recycling facility next door will be overflowing with rubbish. Isn't it better to have a central collection point in Weyhill rather than force people to drive to Witley or Bordon? Very silly to even consider stopping this service.... Ps we use it most Saturday's for our garden waste...

When you see how many cars pile into the Wey Hill Car Park to dump their rubbish on a Saturday morning, it's ludicrous to consider closing it. Without a local dump for rubbish and plant material, local people will either burn up miles travelling to Witley or find other dumping sites. This will mean that there will be fly tipping or junk left at the roadside.... What will that do for the local community and how much will it cost to remove it? Come on Waverley or Surrey County Council, find the money for this important amenity or cope with the consequences.

Pretty sure this petition will make no difference, but everyone's carbon footprint will soar if they have to drive to Witley or Bordon to dispose of waste. It is obviously a much appreciated facility and is always very busy Yet again, Haslemere is the poor cousin out on the edge of the county.
