I am a citizen of the Meherrin Nation ( Meherrin Indian Tribe of NC). All over the Turtle Island/ USA we as Indigenous people have suffered and endured so much. Please people stand with us to protect this sacred site and respect our land that we have allowed you to coexist with us. We are still here! Please be apart of the solution. In the Spirit World our ancestors will prevail in protection of their sacred sites trust me you don't want any parts of that. Just as the developers who had unexplained delays and illness in NC for attempting several grave removals. As our people say it is bad medicine we are really trying to protect you from the ancestors whose spirits dwells all around us. Do what is right leave this site alone.

Local voting resident since Berkeley stood for free-speech, tennant and indigenous rights. You know dang well what's right and wrong here. Drop the developer and stand by the people you're supposed to represent.

Meaning is precious, justice is precious. Wealth accumulation beyond fulfilling our basic needs is a disease.

I strongly feel we need to protect these ancient and sacred sites out of respect for our indigenous brothers and sisters. This is their heritage! If these shellmounds are destroyed we lose the opportunity to learn about them the people who who created them. Once gone they are gone forever.

Native American people in the Bay Area deserve to have their sacred sites respected. If it's so important to build, how about we raze all the early Christian buildings in the Bay Area to make space, before we build over a shellmound?

Protect and save, According to the New York Post’s story, Hunter Biden in 2015 introduced his Father, then VP in the Obama Administration, to a Top Exec Vadym Pozharskyi at Ukrainian Burisma Holdings Ltd after Hunter joined the company’s board which was Paying him up to $83,000 a Month. The insinuation is that Hunter Successfully Influenced his Father to Pressure Ukraine Government officials “into Firing the Prosecutor Viktor Shokin, who was Investigating Corruption against Burisma. Facebook and Twitter took action to limit distribution (censored) the New York Post story citing Emails purportedly Revealing Evidence of Influence-Peddling by Joe Biden’s son Hunter Biden. The Emails were obtained from a Laptop which had a sticker from the Beau Biden Foundation, and had been Abandoned at Computer-Repair Shop, named “The Mac Shop” in Wilmington, Delaware and owned by John Paul Mac Isaac, who then reported the laptop’s contents to authorities which determined that the laptop and hard drive contain fruits of criminal activity. Joe Biden and his family engaged in "Legal Corruption" despite claims of no wrongdoing and the Liberal Main Stream Media Refuses to Talk and will never Report about Hunter Biden’s laptop and emails, fearing Democratic Presidential Nominee Joe Biden will Lose the 2020 Election if this information is exposed to the American People. This is evidence that Joe Biden participated in his Family’s CASH-for-Influence Scheme with Shady Foreign Companies. The American People should be demanding that the Media investigate this scandal before they VOTE, but we know, the Media will never report on Hunter Biden’s emails because it would be harmful to Joe Biden.

It's heartbreaking that this is an issue here in the bay area. Stop violence to indigenous peoples now!

I'm so sorry to learn that this is happening. It's shameful that the city ignored this issue, especially given their highly cultivated image of inclusivity.

After traveling the world I now see a city is defined by how it incorporates nature into its development. Not only nature, but also how it expresses itself culturally. To dispose of an areas history, culture and nature is to eat breakfast at a chain hotel. City after city they begin to all look the same. And for those that question who would build the proposed park and educational center instead? My hands will plant trees and flowers out of love. We must fight for the world we want to see. Fattening the wallets of the few only further taints us. The rules are written by those with golden pockets. This we must change. Now.

This development must be stopped before the last remnants of this sacred site are destroyed.

This is amextremely valuable site and must not be made into a greedy commercial corporate structure. The Ohlone people know how to handle this sacred site and should do so..

This site has tremendous historical and spiritual significance, and it would be a great tragedy to ignore that value for the sake of making a few dollars. It is time the Ohlone people are shown dignity and respect, and that some amount of justice is given to them!
