Reaching this point has been an exhausting battle but seeing so many of you join this fight keeps me going. It is clear now that the town is watching this development much more closely than the developers anticipated.

I live very close to that property and it's almost impossible to get in and out of my driveway some days. My son was hit by a car a few years ago crossing the street to go to the middle school. There is NOT enough room for a housing unit of that size, for people OR for vehicles!!!!!!!
think about....100's more kids in our schools...little real estate tax revenue....135 traffic nightmare...
Our schools are packed enough already. We cant just keep building these things without thinking about the impact on our town services.
Too much density for that small lot. It ruins the whole feel of the neighborhood!!!!
The traffic on 135 is already a disaster every single morning. Puting more apartments there is just gonna make it impossible to get anywhere.

This section of Ashland is NOT suitable for a housing complex this large. The traffic is DANGEROUS and highly congested as it is.
