We need to save our historic buildings. Once they are gone they are gone forever. These buildings are what make a town unique.

The Union Hotel is one of the main historic components of 'Historic Flemington'. There is value in its restoration.

the borough has few assets, and its historical architecture is the greatest asset.

Do not tear down the union hotel. The area does not need nor can it sustain a college.

Restore these historic buildings, along with properly proportioned new development with architecture similar to the period of these buildings.

I lived in Raritan township for 10 years. I can't believe that this is being considered.

I love driving through historic New Jersey and walk among the history that was made. Flemington isn't no different. Update the existing buildings, not demolish them. Without them physically present, future generations will never know the rich history that this state possess. The only thing they will know is that there's the same redundant chain stores in every city of the Garden State.

It really makes me mad that the current Governing officials do not care about the history of the City, State, etc., but only about patching the holes in the revenue budgets that they've created themselves! Shame on you! SAVE THE HISTORY!!!

We need less developers - too many of the same stores and expensive apts. in every town.

This was a research project I did while I was in college. I love the history of the Union Hotel. I believe restoring can boost tourism. Please save it.

This hotel is an irreplaceable piece of history and restored could be a major attraction for the town! Just look around at the many towns who have historic old hotels in their downtown, how trendy and popular they are! You have something amazing here! Don't squander the opportunity!!

The Union Hotel has much cultural significance as well as historical significance. It is the centerpiece of town and should be respected as such.

I want to see Main St revitalized, but not at the expense of history. At least keep the façade of the Union Hotel. Also, high rise buildings have no place in downtown Flemington.

This tow does not have the infrastructure to handle the traffic that this proposed project will entail.
