Stop trying to change for the sake of changing! Open the restaurant and keep the hotel!

I grew up in Flemington and passed by the hotel every day. To destroy it is to destroy all that was great about living in Flemington.

I grew up in Flemington. You already destroyed most of the history and beautiful buildings that used to define the town. For heavens sake, don't take the last remaining icon, restore it !!!

Why have become a nation of dispose and destroy. This town needs to save and preserve it's history and grand old buildings like the Union Hotel. Don't knock her down. Keep us small but thriving.

A wonderful landmark and important historical site. It would be a crime to trade it for a shopping mall....

The Union Hotel is an iconic and integral part of Flemington's heritage. Any thought of removing it is absurd.

Our family has been here for over 200 years, and for the history to disappear by the removal of the historic buildings is criminal. Buildings can be rebuilt that retain the looks as they have been for a hundred years.

It breaks my heart to think that someone wants to get rid of our history. This person was not born and raised in Flemington I would be nothing to him. It's very disturbing of what his reasoning might be wanting to the strongly history
