Wrong to take the Union hotel away from the Flemington has such memorabilia & folks are plenty upset at the thought of doing anything else but keep the UNION HOTEL running again full speed after a facelift on the building.

I really liked gettting pulled up the front stairs backwards by strapping young men while I still lived in Flemington. It's a gorgeous building!

please save the history of Flemington. My ancestors settled in Flemington in the 1700's and I am so sure they worked hard to make this land thrive. Do not destroy what is good!!! It just disgusts me!!!

I hope Mayor Phil Greiner and the other members of the Flemington Borough Council do NOT choose to go down in history as the officials who deliberately allowed the Union Hotel, a true historical landmark, to be razed to the ground.

Once you demolish history, you can't replace it. I don't want Flemington to be yet another plastic, cookie cutter town. We've got plenty of those already.

We are long time residents of Hunterdon County, and have always enjoyed the small town feel of Main Street Flemington. Destroying the Union Hotel will rob Flemington of its character.
