Leave the lil boy alone. Let him keep his tree house. It is beautifully done not an eye sore & h7s mom paid to have it done for him. Leave it to the government at any level to get involved with things they should not worry about!!

nothing is wrong with a tree house, it's not a bright color it's not loud, it is on the property of the owner so then let it be!!! Tree houses are beautiful in the neighborhoods it signifies family!

Find something to better to do with Tax dollars I mean you are city professionals and you could be right now doing a good deed for the city, saving water, saving money, cleaning the streets fighting crime devoting your mission to a child's education but instead you wanna take down a kids tree house? Am I getting this correct?

The city needs to leave it alone and worry about why their workers are falling asleep on the job and taking long lunch breaks. Smh. Foul move OC.

I live in this neighborhood and I would be ashamed to see our city force them to tear down such a beautiful gift. It's not an eyesore. It was professionally built. And it's a highlight of the neighborhood. It's simply cruel for the city to do this. And if they do: people need to be replaced. We can't have cold hearted human beings on the city council or code enforcement. Not everything is black and white. Have some compassion. Be a human being and let them keep this piece of their father. I know how important something like this can be to a child who has lost a parent. Taking it away isn't enforcement of the law. It's just being a money hungry bully.
