Permits are becoming so crazy. Have her pay for a permit, city comes and inspects it. Any problems she can have the builder fix it. Why does permits get crazy. Years ago you could build a tree house, she'd, fence, without permits. They only want permits as a way of collecting more revenu. Government needs to step back and stop bleeding people dry.

While there are codes in every city that residents must comply with this treehouse should serve as an exception. It is not an eye sore in fact it's quit beautifully crafted and adds character to the tree lined street. For just a moment harbor the politics and let the love that motivated this hand crafted beauty stay standing tall.
