Dr. Chen was a doctor that showed compassion and an excellent surgeon. I owe my healthy back to him. Don't make them tear it down or get tied up in a bunch of red-tape just because someone feels that it hurts them in some way., These boys lost their father and Joni lost her husband.

Unless safety is an issue here, which seems not to be, this should not be removed.

They can fix the permit issue. I've seen this so many times without something being torn down!

As a former public administrator, if my staff gave erroneous information which was then acted on in good faith, very serious consideration would be given to granting an appeal. Approval might be conditioned on some future change in circumstances, but would at least stand until that future date or change.

Have heart ~ keep it Human. Remember this is a Free Country. And how about wenall consider getting back to basics.... Wouldn't that be refreshing!?! :-)
