I graduated with Jack from Savanna HS in 1991. We were friends back then, serving in ASB together. I am very sorry to hear of his passing. I support the family's right to keep this tree house!

My family owned a house at 3192 Rowena Drive, I have nothing but the best memories living and growing up there. Let this family keep their treehouse in memory of their father & husband.

Before I begin my comment, I'd like to say that I take great pride in my house. I hate people who have non-working cars in their driveways, don't take care of their lawns etc. I grew up with my parents in a strict community, where I was once told to "give my car a bath" if I was going to park it on the road. We had just had terrible Santa Ana winds and my car was dirty. Having said that.............
Seriously? This treehouse is darling! It blends in with the trees. Hasn't this family suffered enough?! Perhaps all the energy placed on this should be focused on fighting ISIS...just saying. In the scheme of things, rules can be broken...that is if you have a big enough heart, AND can look outside the box
