Keep the tree house!! And give them the opportunity to make it up to code and get permits! It's not hurting anyone being there!!

This treehouse is an amazing tribute to a father and husband. I cannot imagine a more constructive way for these boys to feel connected with their father. What kind of civics are they going to learn if the city insists that they tear this treehouse down?
