OMgosh, California!! Your laws are so far-fetched! Give people a break! Especially this family! Start looking to other states and their examples of caring stewardship. Why is it that California makes it so difficult for GOOD, law-abiding citizens to live a life that reflects their positive contribution to their community and include something that is important so them! It is a beautiful tree house!

Leave the treehouse alone. Geesh! There are more important things to worry about and neighbors that complain like that need a life--move!! Give these kids a break. Life's been tough!

Jack was one of my good friends. I've known him since high school. Have a heart OC. Jacks babies lost their dad at such a young age. Don't take this from them!!

I live on Yellowtail and pass this tree house every day when I go down my street. I've lived in Rossmoor 39 years and I think this treehouse is an absolute treasure in the neighborhood!
