Dr jack Chen was a role model and an inspiration to so many physicians in training, myself included. I can only imagine how important and symbolic this fort is for his family who miss him daily. I give my full support to his family and support their right to maintain such a perfect awesome fort!!!! Jack would be proud!!

There's no reason for the city to do such a thing and would only benefit, not harm anyone for having this tree house around!
