Don’t let this amazing property be scooped up by a developer who will raze it for a housing development. We need to save a building like this; I don’t want another non-profit leeching off the public, but there has to be a solution.

It seems a shame that the only people with enough money are just the ones who should not be trusted with such an important property. However, I would not pin any hopes on the City acquiring this property. Pray for an angel investor.
