This is a beautiful old house with spacious, sweeping grounds. We have very few of these old mansions of yesteryear left within Stratford. I feel that we should do all we can to try to preserve it in its original condition and grandeur. There is plenty of room for smaller, newer, and less expensive housing in many other parts of the city. We need to try to preserve the historical aspects of the core streets in the city.

Please maintain and stand behind the Stratford's website description:"many of our neighbourhoods steeped in history." If the history is no longer there, we will lose the unique
character of our city.

It is very important to save Heritage properties. It is hard to believe anyone would feel right about destroying such a beautiful, historic part of Stratford.

Once decisions are made to change a property of this heritage, then there is no turning back and people in the future will wonder how on earth this was not protected.

This historic property needs to be saved from this money hungry proposal, to divide the property into three lots thus destroying a piece of Stratford's history. This person obviously doesn't care about this beautiful city, only his own greedy pocket book. Thank you for your support to save a piece of Stratford's history. Your own legacy will include your support to save this property instead of allowing this to be destroyed. Thank you!

So much of Stratford heritage has been decimated already.
The Post office, the fire station, let's keep this beauty as more than a memory .

There are a few concerns that I have with this project one being the fate of the original house. Mr Larson has already stated that the house needs constant maintenance. If that fact is problematic now what's going to happen to it if this proposal gets off the ground?

This historic property cannot be replaced. Please recognize the preservation of history, beauty and heritage over the supposed benefits of asphalt.

The city must not allow developers to ruin properties and indeed whole neighbourhoods by destroying our architectural and historical heritage.
