Save Stone Zoo. This is more important than trying to bring Olympics to Boston. The zoo will be here for our children and grandchildren long after the athletes leave!

This would be a shame & devastating. I grew up in the area & visited the zoo many, many times. Huge part of my childhood. I took my children there. More recent my great nieces. Please save the zoo!

This would be beyond shameful if the zoo was forced to close. There is no reason whatsoever that should justify that decision.

The state does not have an overabundance of amazing educational opportunities in very scenic locations a mere 20 minutes drive from Logan. Instead of getting rid of the zoo, we should find ways to build on it as an "anchor" to show off Spot Pond and the Fells, and provide even more amazing opportunities for education and exercise for both locals and tourists.

This has implications not only for the local community, but for wildlife throughout the world. When people visit zoos they learn about the animals and conservation efforts and it can inspire them to be more environmentally conscious and animal-friendly well after their visit.

I love going to the zoo myself still and I enjoy seeing some of the animals early in the morning on my drive to work . Please save this zoo!
