Please save our Zoo!! The stone zoo is a valuable part of our community...we have been taking our children there since they were babies...please release the funds needed to make the necessary improvements!!

Dear Secretary Ash and Governor Baker, Stone Zoo has been a major attraction and brought revenue to this area for years. It is a building block or Stoneham. It has also helped so many animal species to grow and so many children to learn about animals and their habitat. Zoo lights has been a great attraction as well, bringing many to Mass. to see the beautiful displays. Please, please do not close this valuable community asset.

My kids love to take trips to the Stone Zoo, and they have learned so much from the many zoo programs. Please do not let the Stone Zoo be shut down. It's a great place for families and kids of all ages to spend some time.

Grew up in Stoneham and this zoo was an integral part of my childhood. A lifelong, deep appreciation for animals and nature started at this zoo. Children need to see that there is life beyond a handheld video game. Please do not allow the zoo to be closed.

Save the Stone Zoo!!! I've been there numerous times and I have always enjoyed the experience. Also, the zoo lights festival at Christmas time is spectacular! I would hate to see it go!!

My grandchildren and I go to the Zoo every year. It is not a large zoo but a very nice and enjoyable time for our family

Being a Medford resident my boys and I have spent a lot of time at the zoo and this is one of the reasons my boys love animals. We all would be devustaed if it closed:(

My kids grew up going to this amazing zoo! It is such and amazingly unique zoo and it is small enough that makes it much more appealing to families with small children. We would be heartbroken if the zoo had to close.
