I grew up just up the street from the zoo it was a wonderful part of my childhood and memories including being able to hear lions roar from my bed on very hot summer nights! Please save the zoo!

I'm not a resident of Stoneham but I do visit the zoo several times a year. A loss would be terrible! Please release the funds to save this amazing place!

Please release the promised funds for the Stoneham Zoo. It is a landmark and cherished part of Stoneham that would be missed by so many generations of children and families and a home to so many wonderful animals. The funding is due and owed. Please don't let this wonderful zoo close.

this is our favorite zoo, as it is close to us, and my kids want to visit this summer. I love this place, the animals are great and look well cared for, and it would be a detrimante to the city to shut it down. not only for the city but for the animals, where will they go from the only place they know as home, most have been born there, and it is important to conserve the species that are there.

We are annual pass holders. My son loves going to the zoo and seeing all the animals. Then in the winter, we have a tradition of going to see the zoo lights after Christmas. As much as we enjoy visiting the Franklin zoo, it's inconvenient to get to on a regular basis. The Stone zoo is so much more convenient to go to, and we try to take advantage of that as much as possible. If the Stone zoo were to close, it wouldn't make sense to continue our annual membership.

The Stone Zoo serves a vital role in this area, north of Boston, and has such great potential to be more. Please do what is needed to save this landmark from closing.
