Far too many national treasures being turned into offices and bed sits. This pub needs to remain exactly what is was, a pub.

one the station had the longest bar in thecountry,when it was home to Malcom Mc,Dowell the actor as a young boy,it carried on being a great venue for local bands,including my own and is an iconic hostelry with individual charm

Don't close our pub ladies and gentlemen of the law! Pleaseeeee! For us it's a home from home to frequent where we feel safe and meet our like-minded friends to have a laugh and a drink! God knows what we would do without the good auld Station

The pub has been apart of our town for over 100 years. Has lovely locals that look out for me, it's more like a family :)

Best pub in the town fantastic atmosphere great people never seen any trouble in there.always have a great night in there.been drinking there for years love it and miss it.
