Save the South Hills

We like it rural. How about some half to one acre horse zoned property.

If we loose what we have that makes Santa Clara the beautiful city it is it will be gone forever

I grew up in Santa Clara (live in st. George now) and my parents still live there. I feel that Santa Clara is growing too much already and this will accelerate problems related to growth. Please keep the town small with farms and single housing. There are plenty of places for people to visit and stay already.

High density building in the valley will cause loss of beauty, congestion and will deteriorate the historical value

Eliminate any further Santa Clara development which includes apartments or vacation Reynolds. These will destroy our neighborhoods. Second homes are already erroding our community . Please don't encourage any more of this type of development.

No more traffic on Santa Clara drive. Divert traffic west or south of Santa Clara.

I think this is too big for Santa Clara. Santa Clara drive cannot handle the traffic this will bring and the small town charm of Santa Clara will be lost with a project like this.

I am against this zone change. Keep the valley and the farm land that we love alone! If the city really feels that high/density Vacation homes are necessary- put them where it is already zoned to do so. Be courageous as the City Council of St. George was recently!

Please keep Santa Clara zoning single family residential!!

Our community is tight-knit, meaning we interact very much with our neighbors. We value not only our own property, but also that of those around us. Temp renters have no such vested interest. Also, in no place of all of Washington county do we have adequate roads for the drivers we already have. Especially through Santa Clara. We simply cannot support such an influx of people.

Please don't do it!

This is a shame! This proposed development is the opposite of why people live in and/or visit Santa Clara.

This would be a mistake for Santa Clara and the unique community it is for Southern Utah area. Keep the heritage alive don't destroy it

People love Santa Clara because it's a quaint, residential town. Don't change that to earn an extra buck.

Please disapprove this planned developement

This is a bad idea. I can this leading to major changes on main Street. Widening it, possibly losing all the large old trees lining the road.

Please leave the hills in Santa Clara alone.

We are opposed to a zone change for a planned development residential vacation rental resort!
