Sacrificing jobs, economy, community makes no sense. People are allowed to walk to a local for breakfast & a coffee! On street parking is never an issue in the area if needed.

This is a disgrace. This cafe is an amazing place for people, children and pets to gather together. This site was approved for a cafe, what has changed? It has become so popular because of the ambiance, the food, the absolute chill place to hang out. I have seen Burleigh thrive ahead in leaps and bounds in the last few years don't let a few whinging people get in the way of young entrepreneurs providing the public with alternatives to the masses controlling!

Focus on better public transport for Gold Coast and we wouldn't have this problem. I'm happy to park futher away and walk.
