This is my favorite outdoor public space in DC. It is elegant, beautiful, and peaceful. The garden displays the beauty of every season with magnificent blooms in the spring, lovely colors in the fall, and even a quiet elegance in the winter. Please, please don't destroy this gem.

We love this garden! Please preserve this beautiful corner of Washington, DC. As the city becomes more built up every year, let's consider how valuable these green spaces are- neighborhoods like NoMA are striving to add parks wherever they can, and a few miles away, its so sad to hear that there is a plan to remove one with so much history.
Every year my family takes photos here when the magnolias are in bloom. We started when I was pregnant with my first child and four years later we just took photos here as a family of four. We would love to continue to come back for years to come.

The Haupt Garden is one of the most amazing parts of the entire Mall complex and would be an incredible loss to future generations should it be destroyed. To see a garden created in that vintage style -- visitors can actually feel like they are walking through in Victorian garb while surrounded by a garden design that matches the amazing buildings. Nothing else in Washington can match this experience! Please please change plans to keep the Haupt Garden!
