The Smell is absolutely essential to the Los Angeles punk scene. It's one of my favorite places in the world and has inspired so many musicians over the years. The city would be losing so much by demolishing this building. I hope that the people stand up and prevent this atrocity from happening. Signed by a member who's life was changed by The Smell.
