It is not fair for the people who enjoy going to those sorts of places and support the music and arts community, to not have the chance to visit these sorts of places anymore. In the end, whatever will be constructed in its place, won't be as good as what we all had: a place to connect with others and express our feelings and thoughts freely, as well as helping people who are trying to transform the playing and singing into their career, to actually succeed. A band is nothing without their fans.
