Each monument is a testament to men and women from diverse settings honoring our history inclusive of the Good, the bad and the ugly. Lest we forget that all history matters...

The statue is part of our history, the world has advanced so much in the years and some of it for good purposes, but this is our history , don't totally destroy and take all it our morals.

Sad our misguided Citizens, especially our youth, has been taught that the Civil War was about slavery. This is wrong, Lincoln Emancipation Act was not written and signed until about 2 years after the war started. The Monuments are to honor our forefathers who faught for personal safety from the destructive invading Northern killings army. Research the Cowin Amendment signed into law then repealed for political ideology of the North.

I'm tired of the government trying to delete our heritage. It's bad enough they teach lies to the new generations about the real reason we succeeded in the first place. It never was about slavery. LIES,and DECETE is all that's told.
