The RVCC Children's Campus under the Director Cathy Griffin and Asst. Director Jill Accomando has always provided a safe, nurturing, fun learning environment for the children who attend there. The staff are professional, caring educators who always have the children's best interests in mind. It's convenient and affordable childcare for RVCC students, staff, and community. I thoroughly enjoyed my years working there. l hope the RVCC Children's Campus will continue to thrive.

It’s incredibly important to keep this open. When I was really young I went here and the time I still remember and am impacted by the time I spent there. I’m a high school senior now, and it would crush me to see it closer because of how influential it was for me. Please keep it open! :(

Being able to send my daughter to the RVCC Children's Campus gave me the peace of mind I needed to do my job on campus. I will forever be grateful for the exceptional care she received. The teachers and staff were wonderful.

The RVCC Children's Campus provides so many important opportunities, from reasonably priced and educationally fulfilling childcare for the College and surrounding community as well as educational/ training opportunities for college students pursuing degrees in Early Childhood Education and similar areas. Shutting this facility will negatively impact many, many people - students, staff, faculty, and parents in the community.

I think that if this is a school that is of great importance and benefit of and to the children of said surrounding community then it should stay open to help better serve and service the community of children and kids that it’s in and those youth and young people that are around it.

The convenience of a childcare facility on college campus cannot be overstated for both faculty, staff and students who require it once the college starts functioning on a full face to face modality. Allocating funds to keep the child care center should be a top priority.

The children's campus has served as a site where students in my PSYC 215 course can do a child observation as part of their research paper for the course. Many of the students don't have access to children in their private lives so it has been a convenient place for them to fulfill this requirement.

Many years ago, I had both my son and later my granddaughter in our centers. They still reflect happily on their experiences. The Center serve so many segments of the College community including providing educational opportunities for students interested in early childhood education.
