Efforts should be made to improve the sporting facilities and not to turn them into pollution hubs and parking spaces! This is disgraceful and sends out the wrong message to our youth

We need more sporting venues not less, and certainly the ones we have should not be converted to parking spaces. Shame on whoever thought of this.

I use this track on a weekly basis. You should be promoting physical health and improving the state of these premises and not the opposite.

I run there often and I've seen families use the track on a sunny afternoon to kick a ball with their kids. It's not beautifully done up and is full of potholes and ruined turf, but it's still used by many. Turning it into a temporary car park could really damage the surrounding space.
