My husband and I lived at the Roy Vue for 12 years. The courtyard was our favorite and is a uniquely beautiful place that deserves to be preserved. Keep the Roy Vue oasis!!!

Please consider saving the Royvue, not only its facade, but its unique program of affordable family sized units on Capitol Hill. Turning this site into micro units, although adding to the density, would in my opinion be an adverse decision as it would remove much needed variety in housing options in our neighborhood. We must find ways to keep Capitol Hill family-friendly and affordable to maintain the great mix of people in our neighborhood!
