Microhousing is not practical for most working professionals in Seattle. We cannot afford to lose a historical piece of architecture to development, let alone another cropping of microhousing.

I am 86, and have seen way too much destruction of precious historical treasures, many of which have been regretted when it was too late. Please save this wonderful treasure.

keep something worth looking at in the city...style and class add to a citys charactor...not micro apartments....every block looking the same...people live an visit areas where thee is beauty and history.

I lived across from this building for 6 years and always enjoyed the architecture and beautiful view of the fountain and open garden as I walked past. Seattle needs to stop with all of this obliteration of its rich history to cram more people like sardines in a can.
