Please save our historical Seattle buildings. Not everyone can afford to live in new high rise buildings. You are forcing average folks to move out that cant afford to live anywhere else!

Hard to believe tearing this landmark down for new higher density boxes makes economic sense. With all the decaying properties in Capitol hill, sure would be nice to save it's historical solidity.
