Keeping the facade of the Roy Vue will do nothing to cover the nastiness of taking away a beloved part of Capitol Hill. Stop it, developers.

Seattle is losing its charm and character. I'm sad and angry by the greed and lack of care this city is now governed by. Keep The Roy Vue!

Economic, community and aesthetic growth need the Roy Vue to endure unchanged, intact.

I'd love to see micro apartments banned from King County entirely. They are prison cells with high rents, they are ugly. This building and it's courtyard are vibrant with energy and beauty, and it should be preserved.

It’s a shame Seattle’s city planners have let cheap, suburban architecture metastisize all over this city. Greed has become the norm. Seattle could have been the epicenter for world-class architecture. Instead, it has become a sterile, white-washed, victim to rampant capitalism. Tasteless, vapid, rich elites run amock.

One must retain historical sites in order for us to understand our past, and yes, our future. These buildings are not only architecturally well-designed and built but are characteristic of their neighborhoods and the individuals who resided there.

This is just so wrong. Driven by greed, Seattle is growing too fast that its destroying part of its history instead of preserving it.
