Don't destroy the little beauty left on Capitol Hill. The gentrification of this neighborhood is heart breaking.

Can we please stop tearing down the beautiful history of the city? Some things need to be preserved and this is most definitely one of them! Don't tear down that amazing heritage garden to put in microunits no one can afford.

Please don't do this, it's such a beautiful place, and so many lovely people will be displaced.

Please keep the Roy Vue apartments from being demolished. They are beautiful and hold cultural significance to the community.

It would be a shame to ruin original 1920’s architecture, the old style of the city is beautiful.

It doesn’t make sense that the rent in Seattle is going up. The cost of living has not. Keep buildings affordable for their tenants.

Destroying single-family home is deplorable enough. Our community needs to continue to have historic landmarks like this with out augmenting their heritage and character. Please save this burilding. Retain its beauty for this or the next generation to appreciate.
