Save this beautiful building! It adds so much beauty to the disappearing historic architectural landscape of Seattle. Save our history. No more micro-housing!

When I moved to Seattle in 2007, I initially stayed with dear friends in this wonderful complex. It’s a huge part of what makes Seattle so great - the architecture. It’s foolish and greedy to tear this down. For shame.

STOP obliterating what is beautiful about Seattle! We must preserve this city's architecture. So much has already been destroyed.

PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE PROTECT THIS BUILDING! Seattle is in a phase of transition, and it is being taken advantage of. This development does not need to happen, the guise of 'affordable housing' has been price gauging and pushing out seattlelites left and right lately. our move towards affordable housing doesnt consider those most in the need of it. it is taking only those who are moving here and making wages that are only provided some, those are not who you should cater to. you cater to your constituents and serve the people who need protection. these apartments are a land mark. truly something that should be appreciated by the city. please stand with the people and not the deep pockets who seem to be changing this city under our noses.

This is the perfect example of a building that needs to be designated as a Seattle Landmark and preserved.

This apartment building provides much needed space for families in the center of our city. We do not need more micro units. We already have housing of this type some of which is being used for short- term rentals. Roy vie is a beautiful building. Preserving it will help Capitol Hill retain its distinctive character.
