Glossop had already lost so much of its heritage due to the need for houses. It would be great to keep this bit of history

Most of the trees have already been taken down approx 1 year before application . I do not think the proposal would have been any way passed if these trees were still in situ. Underhanded way of getting planning permission

For goodness sake! Will you not be happy until every part of the Town’s heritage is flattened and covered with cheap & nasty housing with insufficient infrastructure to support them? No doubt another backhander in the mix somewhere!!

This might not be a protected building but it is important in Glossop’s history and has seen many news worthy events over its many years , house high snowdrifts , Tour de France etc

We have enough homes in Glossop. It's already a nightmare getting in and out of Glossop as the traffic is horrendous and the rail service isn't the best

There's enough houses in Glossopdale now. We need to have the infrastructure to deal with all the new houses built in the last few years before building any more!!!!!!

So sad to lose local hertitage. It could still make a lovely dwelling as it is, but not six. Thank you.

This is a historic building and should be saved, also the last thing Glossop need's is more house's.

The dodgy thing is the owners won’t have it valued as is, they want a million pounds. They are the sellers, demolishers and part of the development. Corruption and greed is rife. Have a fair evaluation and let the tenants buy it and preserve the historical character of Sheffield Rd and serve the community as a pub. Great local, great functions, great grub! We are behind Chris and Betty! I will not visit the Queens or the Bull in protest.
