Why? Spite? Use it to your advantage! It’s the one thing that distinguishes you from the thousands of other mundane museums. If it’s money gate them put the statute at the top and charge admission. Most would pay and then go into the museum sense they have already paid. But perhaps we are to blue collar for your tastes.

This is ABSURD. Nobody needs a stupid cut-out window. But people need The Rocky Steps. They're inspirational to the entire world, people come visit them from every country imaginable. The Rocky Steps are the most iconic representation of our city. Don't destroy something that is so central to the culture of Philadelphia. Please.

I am entirely against this new project please do not make changes history needs to remain Rocky is american red white and blue an IKON any altercation will have bad effects on the city I know I think of Rocky and the fighting city when ever I rear Philadelphia it is not right to do this
