Lerner Enterprises has officially confirmed the extension of the Barnes and Noble lease. We are currently monitoring the final contract terms to ensure no future deviations from this agreement.
Lerner Enterprises refuses to renew the B&N Lease in order to put in a Container Store. We need to let the know the community does not want to lose it's only bookstore left.
We are approaching the one thousand signature mark which provides the leverage needed to request a formal meeting with the Lerner Enterprises property management team. I am finalizing the language for a letter to address their leasing decision and need the petition total to reach our target before I send it. Please direct your personal networks to the link now so we can finalize this document from a position of strength.

Reston wont be the same without our books. A container store is the last thing we need here. Keep the B&N!

Seriously? Another trendy shop over a bookstore? So tired of profits coming before the people who actually live here.
