It breaks my heart that my granddaughters may not have the same opportunities I enjoyed. Having horses and riding lessons so close by reassured this grandmother that my summers would be spent reliving my own love of horses. How disappointing to those that purchased their properties with the knowledge that a equestrian center was an integral piece of the promise.

We don't need more building in the hill country, we need activities for children and people who live in this area. More housing is taking away from what this area is really about. It's very sad.

Having the equestrian center makes this a very unique property. It is a great selling point that you do not want to lose.

This is unbelievable, this can't happen! We don't need anymore cottages or homes. We need to keep it the way it is! Do not close the equestrian center!

Wrong in so many ways. The reserve does not need more cottages, they just want more money. Not good for anyone but the developers.

My husband and I are member of the pool for three years. We walk and run there often. We enjoy bringing our grandkids to the pond. Adding 20+ cottages is going to significantly change the "flavor" of the development. Additionally, do we really need to tax our water tables even more? changing the overall feel of The Reserve is unethical to do if you consider what all the people who live there have bought in expecting. Expecting a lovely open area where horse love is both scenic and reduces the density. No more building!
